How many agencies have you spoken to that over-promise and under-deliver? And how many times have you confirmed a provider, and received fees much higher than what was agreed upon? Working with Alumni, you will be partnering with a Recruitment Firm who stands by these promises:
- Full transparency throughout the recruitment process. Although we like to believe we can fill every vacancy that comes across our desk, we admit and understand that one agency cannot fill every position you have a need for. What sets us apart is when we have exhausted all of our resources, we are forthright in informing our Clients of the status of the search.
- The agreed upon fees, will be the final rates. Agencies feel they have the upper hand once your facility confirms their provider. We understand your position and how the costs affect your recruitment role with your facility. All fees and rates will be displayed in the presentation of our candidates.
Completing the Assignment is just as important as finding a qualified candidate. While our Healthcare Provider is working at your facility, we will be in regular contact with you, looking for feedback. If you or your colleagues are not satisfied with our candidate or services, we want to know. We will not send our candidate in, sit back, and cross our fingers hoping that things will work out. Being proactive in these situations is how we maximize the longevity of Assignments and enhance our partnerships with our Clients.
