Evan’s Insights

New Vendor Partnerships Driving Healthcare Staffing Success

New Vendor Partnerships continue to be a key factor in health system’s strategic success.

  • Strategic Partnerships with newer vendors are being thoroughly considered, now more than ever.

  • This is due to the growth and trust of the younger, faster growing vendors across a variety of sectors.

  • Trust in some of the larger vendors in this space is waning.

  • Hospital Recruitment Job Security is causing stress.

    1. The recent trend of Physician Recruitment being “tucked” under Talent Acquisition is causing turmoil.

    2. Turnover and Burnout are at an all-time high.

    3. Dissolving of Health Care recruitment leader positions are continuing to persist.

  • Trust, Collaboration and Innovation continue to be key metrics of what Recruiters want in their vendor partners.

    1. Vendors need to continuously provide value to their partners as well as instill continuous trust.

    2. With trust and friendship comes continuous communication and an organic yearn to help each other.

    3. Vet your vendors and make sure that they have your best interests in mind.   A vendor can operate a business effectively while offering benefits to their healthcare system partners.

Comment : “During a few recent conferences, I have given some presentations on Emotional Intelligence as well as Growth Mindset, said Evan – Chief Sales Office of Alumni Staffing.  “Recruiters seem to be highly interested in bettering themselves both personally and professionally by developing EQ and GM which will effectively bridge better partnerships with candidates and vendors.   I think we can all be better people and professionals if we continue to hone in on our emotional intelligence and adapt a growth mindset.”
