Newest NALTO Board Member

Congratulations to Alumni Staffing CEO John Pannucci on his election to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations.

We’re proud to share a major milestone for Alumni Staffing and a meaningful moment in our company’s journey.

Our CEO has officially been elected to the Board of Directors for the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO).

After 14 years as an active member, this appointment is more than a professional achievement, it is a reflection of long-standing dedication to ethical standards, industry accountability, and advancing the locum tenens model the right way.

What This Means for the Industry

The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations serves as the leading trade association for the locum tenens industry, setting standards for ethics, business practices, and professional conduct. Board members play a critical role in shaping policy, strengthening member education, and ensuring the continued integrity of healthcare staffing nationwide.

In addition to serving on the Board, our CEO will also take on the role of Education Committee Chair. In this position, he will help enhance and strengthen the monthly training and educational resources NALTO provides to member companies, fostering transparency, compliance, and best practices across the industry.

A Seat at the Table — With Purpose

This isn’t just a title.

It’s a seat at the table influencing the future of healthcare staffing.

At Alumni Staffing, we’ve always believed that locum tenens should be built on partnership, trust, and ethical representation. For both healthcare facilities and providers. Having leadership actively involved in shaping industry standards reinforces our commitment to operating at the highest level of professionalism.

Looking Ahead

As healthcare staffing continues to evolve, amid workforce shortages, credentialing challenges, and shifting reimbursement models, strong leadership within organizations like NALTO is more important than ever.

We are incredibly proud of this well-deserved achievement and excited about the impact this role will have not only on our organization, but on the broader locum tenens community.

Congratulations on this outstanding accomplishment. The future of healthcare staffing is brighter because of leaders willing to serve it well.
