Alumni Healthcare Staffing Verified by ALL IN: Wellbeing First for Healthcare, Ensuring No Invasive Mental Health Questions on Credentialing/Licensing Applications
Bridgewater, NJ, May 14th, 2026 — Alumni Healthcare Staffing is proud to announce its recognition as a 2026 Wellbeing First Champion by ALL IN: Wellbeing First for Healthcare. As a Wellbeing First Champion, Alumni Healthcare Staffing has verified that its credentialing applications are free from intrusive, stigmatizing mental health questions. This means that our providers that are credentialed with us at Alumni Healthcare Staffing can seek mental health care or treatment for substance use without fear of losing their job.
“We’re incredibly honored to be recognized as a 2026 Wellbeing First Champion. Supporting the mental health and wellbeing of healthcare professionals isn’t just important to us, it’s something we genuinely care deeply about. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to the people who dedicate their lives to caring for others.” said Whitney Mazurek, VP of Credentialing.
Like everyone, health workers deserve the right to pursue mental health care confidentially. Removing these overly invasive mental health questions in our credentialing applications brings us one step closer in changing the culture in healthcare and ensuring our health workers know their mental health and wellbeing is a priority.
“Every health worker is a human being who carries the immense weight of caring for others. For too long, our caregivers have suffered in silence, fearing that seeking the confidential mental health care they need would cost them the career they love,” said Corey Feist, CEO and Co-Founder of the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation, which leads the ALL IN: Wellbeing First for Healthcare coalition. “Alumni Healthcare Staffing is breaking that silence—sending a powerful, compassionate message to their workforce that your life matters as much as your livelihood, and you never have to choose between the two.”
At Alumni Staffing, we are committed to fostering a culture that prioritizes the mental and physical wellbeing of our team. As part of this commitment, we offer a comprehensive wellness initiative that includes a Lifetime gym membership or monthly reimbursement toward a fitness membership of choice. To encourage consistency and healthy habits, team members are supported in maintaining at least eight visits per month to receive the subsidy.
These initiatives are designed to promote balance, reduce stress, and support the overall wellbeing of our employees, ensuring they feel supported both personally and professionally.
